Baby Quilt, Pastel Zigzags, Chevron Design with shops Border Detail

Half square triangles are pieced together in this adorable baby quilt to produce a pleasing chevron design. The colours range from mostly green at one end, through blues and yellows to pink at the other. Each row is separated with a row of solid white to give a very pretty shops and fresh look. The outer border have diamonds floating on the yellow and white strips while 4-patch blocks fill in each corner. The double fold binding is made up of various lengths of the prints used in the piecing on the front and is machine stitched to the front of the quilt and neatly hand stitched to the back.

The quilt measures 44 1/2" by 36". It is backed with a pretty small scale cotton print. The quilt batting is cotton and it is quilted with an allover meandering machine stitching.
