This is an adorable custom, mini-cloche is available in a several colors (shown here in a dark "toasted coconut" [ my couture color ]).

With a "widow's peak" that encircles the hat, it is asymmetrically draped and formed.
A millinery wire around the brim has been covered by a Petersham grosgrain, and allows you to adjust the brim to your liking, up, down or diagonally.
The millinery wire inside the crown ensures a perfect custom fit.

A custom order usually shops takes approx. 4 to 6 weeks (depending upon whether I already have your preferred color in stock).
