Shops Personalized Cat Ashes Urn (Sun)

I carved this cat ashes urn in the shape of a sleeping cat because although your cat liked boxes it deserves something more personal for eternity. As much as we enjoyed them purring on our lap, we saw them most often sleeping in their favorite chair, sleeping on the sunny window sill, sleeping on our bed, sleeping, sleeping, sleeping. What better place for their eternal sleep than in a cremation urn that looks like them, sleeping.

This urn for cat ashes is a hollow stoneware casting made from my original carving, with the opening on the bottom. The bag of ashes is placed inside the lifelike cat urn and the lid glued in place. (lid and glue included)

If you plan to place this cat urn for ashes outdoors for the Rainbow Bridge, please let me know as it requires a special plastic lid and you will need to seal the bottom thoroughly with caulk.


Dimensions of the Ceramic Cat Urn: Dimensions: 6 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2 volume 14 cu in (for small kitties) Based on our cat's ashes, this should fit the ashes of a cat as large as 14 lbs
My wife, a nurse named the position after its similarity to a baby whose head is turned the wrong way in delivery which is referred to as "sunny side up".

There is nothing I can do to change the shape of the urn, beyond a slight tweak to the head and ears.
