Large Silver Bird Of Paradise shops Brooch

Measuring 4 9/16" long by 2 7/16" wide (at the widest point) is this beautiful Tropical bird brooch that is sitting on a branch of flowers. It is stamped Mexico Silver on the back and weighs 39 grams. It is in very nice condition and is a very large piece. I would date this somewhere around the 1970's.
